Since a few of you have requested the recipe for the chocolate-peppermint icecream cake....I found it online! Check it out at http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/108968. There are also a few good reviews....a few people have some suggestions on ways to tweak the recipe. I think I'll make it with actual peppermint icecream instead of the vanilla with peppermint pieces.

I'm having flashbacks of you jumping up and down on top of a ziploc bag filled with peppermints to crush them for our dessert party. And then the neighbor donstairs coming over wondering what the heck we were doing late at night. Good times.
