a WW member - for the 4th time.

Yep, I joined weight watchers again today. They have a great nursing moms program that allows you to eat plenty of calories to keep up your milk supply but not too many like I seem to be doing.

And since I was a lifetime member before I got pregnant, I get 12 weeks free to start losing my "Ryan weight."

Wish me luck. I've enjoyed pretty much eating whatever for the last 10 months!

you're so good. i never get around to losing weight for like a year or more after. i'm lazy like that!

Just do what Leslie did - pump milk for the whole family. She lost her "Tyler weight" real fast doing that.

You look so good...I don't believe you need to do anything! It was fun seeing you at Target. We definitely need to get together when things wind down for you.

It's nice to catch up on your posts. Isn't it nice to have your parents live close and be able to just drop by or move in for a few days. I don't think the boys look a like maybe just the eyes, they are both dang cute. Good luck on weight watchers! Glad to hear that Ryan has been a little easier than Nate it is always nice to have an easy baby. Have a nice day tomorrow I hear you are blessing Ryan.

Way to get right back on the WW band wagon! I was going to meetings for a while, but that wasn't making me accountable enough. Now 6 of my friends and I pick a different person's house every Fri morning and weigh-in (in front of each other), chart it, swap tips and recipes, then go walking with all our strollers. It has really helped me stay motivated!
