Spencer, Leigh, Lil' Spence & Jaidyn came to visit.

Last week we enjoyed a visit from Spencer, Leigh, Spence & Jaidyn. Spencer is Wes' older brother who lives with his cute family in Ellijay, Georgia. We don't get to see Wes' family nearly enough so it was great to have them here! Nate definitely enjoyed his cousins.

Since Ryan is still so little we kept him at home with me {Jaidyn stayed a few days, too} while Spencer & Leigh took Lil' Spence & Nate out on the town every morning.

They took them to Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay . . .

They took them to the Adventure Dome at Circus Circus which turned out to be a huge hit! I didn't think they had many rides for toddlers to go on but they do! These two little boys LOVED the train ride and went on it over and over. Spencer & Leigh bought a video of them on the train that was HILARIOUS. We watched it many times. They also loved riding on the school bus, the helicoptor, and more.

Spencer & Leigh also took the boys & Jaidyn to MGM to see the lions. They ended up eating at the Rainforest Cafe, too. I guess there was a big stuffed tiger in there and Nate kept asking Aunt Leigh, "is the tiger going to eat me?"

Leigh & I took all four kiddos to the park while Spencer & Wes had a little time on the golf course.

The kids had lots of play time at our house as well. Spence enjoyed having new toys to play with and he loved the slide in our living room. It was hilarious to watch him go down it! He's such a cute little guy.

Nate LOVED Jaidyn. He was always trying to make her laugh!

Leigh and I managed to escape for a few hours on Friday afternoon to do some shopping at Town Square. Then we got a babysitter that night for Spence & Nate and we met Spencer, Wes & the babies for some Mexican food and Yogurtland for dessert. It was nice to have some time with just the adults. Having a 2.5 year old, an almost-two-year old, a 7 month old and a 6 week old is really fun but also very busy!

Thanks for coming to visit, Spencer & Leigh. We know it's a lot of work to travel across the country with the kiddos but we loved seeing you. We are looking forward to seeing you at the lake in June!
