I love the "Pay it Forward" idea as it relates to life in general. I think sometimes we worry too much about making sure that someone who does something thoughtful for us gets in it return from us when we could "Pay it Forward" and help out some who might actually need it. Eventually, the person that helped you in the first place with receive a good turn from something, but we it doesn't have to be us.
I like this idea as well but may put a slightly different spin on it.
