Time outside with friends

Nate and I are taking advantage of the great weather we’re having by being outside. Luckily, we have a great ward with lots of stay-at-home moms with cute kiddos so we try to get together once a week or so. It usually involves lunch & a park on Fridays. Yesterday we roamed around at an outlet mall. It’s nice to get out and be with other moms and other kids.

It's funny to watch the difference between the boys and the girls at the playground. Nate is usually the only boy but today Harrison came to join us. The boys are definitely the bullies on the playground while the girls are nice and sweet. If the girls turn their backs at all....before they know it the boys are pulling their hair. Nate kept wanting to eat leaves and the grass. As soon as I wasn't looking, he'd sneak one in to his mouth!

Nate is definitely at a good age for the park. He loves to be outside on a blanket. Today was his first time on the swings and he loved those, too. He isn't crawling yet so he's content to just sit and try to eat the grass. It's perfect!

Nate was keeping an eye on Hadley. He LOVES to pull her hair.

That is funny that Nate like to pull girl's hair! We were at the park today and Riley came and told us that one of the little boys told her he wants to marry her!! Maybe Nate will be a little ladies man too!!!

Hey now - he is NOT allowed to be hanging out with other girls that close and pulling their hair and putting his hand on their arms - he is SO already spoken for! :)

Darling darling pictures Lindz. He is so handsome.

Wait a second - Claire doesn't even have hair to pull, Mimi.

Let's just get that out in the open.

Now Addison on the other hand. . .

How fun! We love play dates at the park. Great for Moms and kids alike. Enjoy the park while he is stationary...I spend the majority of my time at the park chasing Trey. Swings are good because they are strapped in!

Can't wait for our weather to be right for the park we have only had one day like that and we did spend it in the yard and I can say Zeke does not like the grass. I bet with the genes that nate inherited that some kind of sport is a given. I'm glad that you found out about the ear infection and no bottle thing. Vincient went in for his 9 month ck up and he had two ear infections and the only thing that he was doing different was not sleeping well at night. No fever and during the day he was just a happy little guy so I guess some kids just tolerate the pain better. The pictures are great and he is becoming such a little man not a baby any more and he is way cute.
