Labor Day Weekend 2014 at the Cabin

We spent Labor Day weekend at the cabin.  Well, the boys and I did.  Janie ended up with an ear infection so Wes stayed behind with her.  A baby on a mountain with a congested head is no fun for anyone involved.

My dad rented a boat on Panguitch Lake to go fishing which is always a fun time.  All of the kids caught a fish and they all love touching and smelling the {nasty} bait!

We tried something new this year – the rodeo in Parowan!  It’s a small-town carnival and rodeo and we sure had fun.  Nate & Aunt Sam almost threw up from the .  But it was a cute, small town outing!

And, a few usual activities.  A hike to Cascade Falls.  Smores by the fire.  And the kids built a fort in the woods.  Great weekend!
