Start at the top like you’re reading a book . . .

– We took Jake with us to the Children’s Museum to see the Curious George exhibit.

– Ryan discovered if he really stretches he can get his own water.  Lovely.

– The Disneyland countdown began.

– Ryan was content at Cheesecake Factory to butter his own bread.

– They were being goofballs at my mom’s house on Grandma Day.

– We had a house full of boys one morning: Carter, Blake & Grant came over.

– Ryan is obsessed with tractors.  They are doing construction right by the rec center where Nate has hip hop and so we get to stop and watch every time.

– Nate and his buddy, Carter.

– Wes brought home freshly picked strawberries from a company they insure.

– I finally got Ryan to go down the big tube slide at the park.  It was only because his friend Luke was doing it.

– Playing in the big sprinkler at Grandma’s.

– Snow cones!

– My cousins, Courtney & Megan came to town.  It had been FOREVER since we saw them last – it was great to catch up.

– One morning Nate grabbed his beach chair, plopped himself on the front porch, and said he was going to sit there and wait for the moon to come out.

– Ryan weights himself naked every time right before he jumps in the shower.

– We had a cold spell come through one weekend.  So we bundled up and went to watch Nate play soccer.

– They were playing at my parent’s house and Nate wouldn’t share so Ryan says, “1 . . . 2 . . . 3.”

– We had a play date at the park.  These three stuck together with the bag of goldfish and moved all over the playground with their snack.

– Pretend sleeping on the stairs.

– Grant’s grandparents [The Burch’s] live right across the street.  He was here for a month to visit and my boys loved it.  We got a little taste of what it would be like if more little guys lived on our street.

– Ryan singing “It’s a Small World” in the car.

– Nate watching Star Wars for the first time.

– Our first swim of the season.

– Aunt Sam moved to the neighborhood next to us.  We spent all weekend moving her in!

– We inherited Aunt Sam’s keyboard.

– It’s officially too hot to be outside for long without involving water.  Lots of running through sprinklers!

– Took a trip to DC with Wes & Sam.  Had a total blast.

– At Mount Vernon.
